Here’s how to register if you’re a first-time user of my Sun Life online
All you need to get started with a my Sun Life online account is:

If you have a non-personal account – such as a corporation, trust or charity – you’ll need to contact us to get registered for online access. Call 1-877-SUN-LIFE (1-877-786-5433)
You can continue to Sign in using your existing Email address / Access-ID.
If you’re not sure what you used for your Email address or Access-ID, we can remind you – we just need a few details first.
If you can sign-in but can’t see your account or plan information, select ‘Link my accounts’ at the top of the page after you’ve signed in. You’ll need to follow the prompts and provide your contract/policy/number. You can find this information on a statement from us, a benefit card or from your employer / advisor.
If you can see some but not all of your accounts after signing in, then please contact us.
