A leader with a keen interest in digital transformation, Wiktoria plays an integral role supporting transformational change while remaining focused on the Client.
Wiktoria joined Sun Life in 2011 as part of the Rotational Leadership Development Program, where she held various roles within Retail, Sun Life Quebec, and Group Benefits before joining the Client Experience Office in 2014. She continued to broaden her knowledge of the Canadian business and held several roles within the Client Experience Office, including Director, Direct-to-Client Digital Journey. In this role, Wiktoria led the experience design, execution and implementation of Sun Life Canada’s digital direct-to-client offerings.
Wiktoria holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from The Richard Ivey School of Business. She holds the Canadian Securities Certificate (CSC) and various agile certifications. In her spare time, Wiktoria enjoys traveling, reading and hiking.
