If you set up your RRSP through your advisor

Contact your advisor directly. Do you need your advisor’s phone number or email address? Go to Find an advisor and enter your advisor’s last name.

You can also call the Customer Care Centre at 1-877-SUN-LIFE (1-877-786-5433), Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.

If you have an RRSP through your employer

  1. Sign in to
  2. Under Investments, click my financial centre.
  3. Choose Tax slips & RRSP info from the Take me to drop-down menu.
  4. Choose RRSP receipts or Tax slips. There you’ll find a copy of your original RRSP receipt or tax slip. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to print it. It will be clearly marked as a DUPLICATE.*

*Was your RRSP receipt or tax slip changed or cancelled? You will see a copy of it on either the RRSP receipt page or the Tax slip page. The copy will be clearly marked as AMENDED or CANCELLED.
